The main function of plastic pallet is to load goods. When a large number of goods need to be carried, in order to save space, we usually use the method of stacking to store goods. However, many people do not know the safe operation rules of stacking, and often touch the minefield, which has caused unnecessary losses.

1、 Within bearing capacity

There are strict standards for the load of pallets. When stacking, the load of the lowest pallet must be considered. Overweight is strictly prohibited.

2、 Neat and standard

When different goods are stacked on the pallet, they must be arranged orderly and standardized according to the nature, specification and size of the goods. If necessary, they need to be fixed with packing belt. It is strictly prohibited to stack goods in an irregular way to avoid safety accidents.

3、 Reasonable stacking

When pallets are stacked, appropriate space shall be reserved with the wall, lighting, stacking, roof, roof column, etc. for example, the stacking spacing is 10 cm and the roof spacing is more than 50 cm, which is convenient for goods counting, turnover and storage.
